We have created the following packages:
- Basic Estate Plan with a Will for Single Testator. – This package will contain the most common elements required in a basic estate plan utilizing a last will and testament. By completing these forms and submitting them for review by HLGGC, you will receive a Will for Single Testator, a Power of Attorney with Durable Provision and a Living Will with Health Care Power of Attorney. - Basic Estate Plan with a Will for Married Testator. – This package will contain the most common elements required in a basic estate plan utilizing a last will and testament. By completing these forms and submitting them for review by HLGGC, you will receive a Will for Married Testator, a Power of Attorney with Durable Provision and a Living Will with Health Care Power of Attorney. Please note that each spouse must complete their own Basic Estate Plan with a Will for a Married Testator. Click here for more information.
- Basic Estate Plan with a Basic Living Trust.– This package will contain the most common elements required in a basic estate plan utilizing a living revocable trust. By completing these forms and submitting them for review by HLGGC, you will receive a Basic Living Trust, a Power of Attorney with Durable Provision and a Living Will with Health Care Power of Attorney. Please note that you may require additional services to convey assets with title documents into the trust. - Basic Estate Plan with a Basic Shared Living Trust.– This package will contain the most common elements required in a basic estate plan utilizing a living revocable trust. By completing these forms and submitting them for review by HLGGC, you will receive a Basic Shared Living Trust, a Power of Attorney with Durable Provision for each spouse and a Living Will with Health Care Power of Attorney. Please note that you may require additional services to convey assets with title documents into the trust.
